Limitation of Liability

Terms of Service — You agree that HIDupgrades.com and its owners shall not be liable to you, or any third party (including but not limited to a claim by another publisher or an advertiser of the network service), for any consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claim.

In addition, when purchasing any parts from HIDupgrades.com, you agree that HIDupgrades.com and its owners shall accept no liability for any undesirable consequences arising from incorrect installations or misuse of any parts we sell.

Parts we sell may not pass your driving safety laws if you reside outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to check your local laws before ordering.

Refund and Replacement Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. All headlight kit parts are inspected before shipping for appearance and function to ensure there are no defects.

Should any products become defective during their warranty period under their normal intended use, they will be replaced.

In the event your box and any items arrive damaged, it should be reported immediately to (UPS by calling — 800 742-5877) and opening a claim. Modifying any of our parts other than in a manner stated in our warranty voids your warranty.
